face the music
An exploration of rhythm, rebellion and creative freedom.
Drawing on my background as a DJ and music producer, face the music carries the rebellious spirit and raw energy of the underground rave culture of the 1990s into contemporary visual art.
Through bold colour, rhythm and spontaneous expression, the collection explores the connection between music and painting — where sound becomes movement, influences collide and creativity takes on a life of its own.
More than a reflection on the past, face the music celebrates individuality, experimentation and the freedom to challenge convention. The music may have changed, but the energy remains.
