I am proud to offer free worldwide shipping on all original artworks and will do my best to ensure your order arrives safely. Please review my shipping policy below.
1. Free Worldwide Shipping on Original Artworks
- I offer free shipping worldwide on all original paintings.
- Prints, limited editions, and other merchandise may have additional shipping fees, which are calculated at checkout.
2. Processing Time
- I process orders within [2-4] business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Commissioned or custom artwork may take longer, and I will provide an estimated delivery timeframe once your order is confirmed.
- Once your order has shipped, I will send you a confirmation email with tracking details.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
While original artworks ship for free worldwide, other items may have standard shipping rates.

4. International Shipping & Customs
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility. These charges vary by country, so please check your local regulations.
- If your package is held at customs, you will need to contact the local authorities to clear it.
5. Packaging & Insurance
- I carefully package all original artworks with protective materials to ensure they arrive safely.
- All original paintings are insured, so you are covered in case of damage or loss during shipping.
- If you would like additional insurance or special packaging, please contact me before placing your order.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
I take great care to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition. However, if an issue arises:
Lost Packages: If your package hasn’t arrived within 30 days (Europe/USA) or 45 days (Rest of World), please contact me, and I will investigate.
Damaged Items: If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. I will work with you on a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Address: If an incorrect address is provided at checkout, I cannot be held responsible for lost packages. Please double-check your details before placing your order.
7. Returns Due to Failed Delivery
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, unpaid customs fees, or failure to collect from the post office, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
