Thought That Counts

This piece is inspired by the chaos and emotions of everyday life. I wanted to capture that feeling of tension we all experience between what society expects from us and what we truly feel inside. I hope people connect with the raw energy in the painting. I want them to feel like it speaks to their own struggles or passions, and maybe even makes them think about the messiness and beauty of life. I used acrylic paints because they dry quickly, letting me layer and create textures fast, which keeps the energy in the work alive. The thick paint adds texture, making the emotions in the piece feel more real and raw.
